Returns & Refunds Policy – Nordic Luxe

At Nordic Luxe, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Policy

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Personalised or discounted items are not eligible for returns.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@nordicluxe.shop with your order number.

2. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request via email, including your name, order number, and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake made by Nordic Luxe.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items that are damaged or defective.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@nordicluxe.shop.
  • If the item you want is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until it arrives before initiating a return.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded once the order has been dispatched, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If 10 working days have passed and you have not received your refund, please check with your bank.
