At Nordic Luxe, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Policy
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Personalised or discounted items are not eligible for returns.
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@nordicluxe.shop with your order number.
2. Return Process
- Submit a return request via email, including your name, order number, and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake made by Nordic Luxe.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items that are damaged or defective.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@nordicluxe.shop.
- If the item you want is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until it arrives before initiating a return.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded once the order has been dispatched, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If 10 working days have passed and you have not received your refund, please check with your bank.
